The Garden City girls lifted the first edition of inter district football tournament played at Mysore University Ground from February 27 thru March 1.
Other than Bangalore District Football Association (BDFA), the other participating district included Bellary, Shimoga, Kodagu, Tumkur, Mandya, Mysore, Belgaum, and Dakshin Kannada.
In the group stage, BDFA thrashed Dharward 12-0, Mangalore 4-0, and in the Finals Bangalore eves hammered Kodagu District 5-0.
The selected footballers will be playing for Bangalore District Football Association.
