South United FC was created to provide a stable platform to develop grassroot level talent in football. They wish to create a stage and provide an opportunity for young and dynamic kids from the roots of Bengaluru.

“This year South United are looking forward to a team with multi-talented players, who are ready to face new challenges and learn the tricks of the game.” said Mr. Sharan Parikh, Director, South United Football Club.

Pranav Trehan, the club CEO said, “My team and I are looking forward to the trials. We ensure that the trials are conducted in a very stringent manner. We believe that Bangalore is full of footballers with huge potential. We have brought players as young as sixteen years into our first team, and hope that we might find a few here that could even make it to our starting squad.”

Many players from the club have reached new levels of success in the recent past. There have been several such players from the club who have participated in National and State levels of football tournaments like Santosh Trophy and even represented India in the Youth Olympics, The Premier Futsal League, and Neymar Junior 5’s Futsal tournament (in Brazil) respectively.

South United FC has managed to maintain a high level of performance over the years with a youth centric team, with an average age of 20 years. The previous trials saw eight recruits to the First Team who have proven their talent over the course of the past year.
